Returns Policy


NOTE: Due to the personal nature of the product, and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept the return of bands that have been used.

Every care is taken to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in good order. In the unlikely event that your band is not fit for purpose, due to a fault in its manufacture, or it has been damaged in transit, Aurora Hair Band (South Africa) will offer a full refund of the total cost of the initial order.

If in the event of you changing your mind, or for any other reason you wish to return your purchase, you must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation request must be authorised by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days from date of delivery.

If accepted, a full refund of the cost of the band, excluding all shipping costs, will be issued within 30 calendar days from receipt of the returned goods.
